With more than 30 years of experience in the construction and property sectors, Dave Rawlins is the driving force behind Diamond Construction (NW) Ltd.
Beginning his career as a qualified electrician and Registered Qualifying Manager with the NICEIC, Dave quickly earned a reputation for his meticulous attention to detail, strong project management, and commitment to delivering work of the highest standard.
Over the years, Dave has overseen everything from bespoke residential builds to large-scale commercial developments and school refurbishments across Cheshire and the North West. His ability to turn client ideas into reality – combined with his deep technical knowledge – has made Diamond Construction a trusted partner for homeowners, developers, and local authorities alike.
